At top tier and in a lot of french tanks it doesnt really matter as weapon loading speed has no effect on auto loaders, but for tanks like the AVRE, T-34, T-30, KV-2 and whatnot it matters a lot. For ground RB youre probably better off just having 1-2 dedicated plane slots. Turn on improved optics (30% bonus to range) and now they're scoutable. planes are easier to skill for since you dump points into one pilot if you're a fighter, or you know, gunnery for bombers. The joy and satisfaction from blowing up an enemy's ammunition is almost too hard to put into words.
